This program is setup by GoTo.com.  What they do is give out money for people using their web browser.  You get $.40 for every hour you use your browser.  Now, if you refer people to get this, you get $.10 per hour they are on, and then everyone they refer, you get $.10 an hour they surf the web.  The list goes on and on!  I have made $30 so far on this program and recieving my first cheque around the 22nd of July.  The reason they can afford to give out money, is because they don't pay for advertising, they get people like us to advertise for them, so they save Big Bucks!!  The browser you download from there site is really good!!  It has a side scroll bar on the side, which has automatic E-mail, Global messager to refer friends, it trasfers any language to english, it's got it's own Mp3 player and much more.  This would be the one I can defenitely say is worth it, and you can make a lot of money with it.

This program is run by AllAdvantage.com.  So far there program has only been giving to about 500,000 people or so.  They give out 250,000 every week so there system can be tested for stress!  Now this program is interesting.  From what I know, the program they give out is a task bar that fits at the bottom of your page.  AllAdvantage.com gives out $.50 cents per hour of surfing with their task bar.  Then you get $.15 for every hour that the people your refered surf the net.  And everyone that they refered, you get $.10.   AllAdvantage.com pays more, but GoToWorld.com is already paying there members.  New members joining AllAdvantage can expect to wait about 1 month before they can get their download.  I would give this a 10 but I am not making any money off them right now, but join up quick because you will make lots when the time comes around!
